Read this before buying $NIPPIN

$NIPPIN is a meme coin. It has no intrinsic value, no yield, no backing and no guaranteed future. You can lose everything you put in, quickly and permanently. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

1. No investment advice

Nothing on this website, in our social media accounts, in our Discord server or in any material published by the Nippin community ("we", "us") is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any asset. We do not recommend any transaction to anyone. Decisions you make about $NIPPIN are yours alone, and you should take independent professional advice before you make them.

2. What $NIPPIN is, and what it is not

$NIPPIN is a transferable token on the Solana blockchain, created as a community and utility token for the nippin project.
It is not a share, bond, fund unit, security, e-money, deposit or any regulated financial instrument, and it is not intended to be one.
It carries no claim against us: no ownership, no voting right, no dividend, no profit share, no repayment obligation and no right to any asset.
Holding it gives you no promise of any product, feature, service or in-game benefit. Any utility described on this site is an intention, not a contractual commitment.
We do not operate a market for it, do not set or support its price, and do not undertake to maintain any level of liquidity.

3. Risk

Total loss. The price may fall to zero and stay there.
Volatility. Meme coin prices move violently and without warning, and are frequently driven by sentiment rather than fundamentals.
Liquidity. You may be unable to sell at any price, at any time.
Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Sending tokens to a wrong address destroys them. Losing your keys destroys your holding.
Technical risk. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges and exchanges can contain bugs and can be exploited.
Market manipulation. Concentrated holdings, bots and coordinated trading are common in this market and can move the price against you.
Regulatory risk. Laws affecting tokens change. A change could make the token illegal to hold, trade or use in your country.
Project risk. Development can slow, stop or fail. See section 5.

4. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions

You must be at least 18 years old to acquire or hold $NIPPIN. The token is not offered to, and may not be acquired by, any person who is located in, resident in, or a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United States of America and its territories, nor by any U.S. person. It is also not offered to any person on a sanctions list maintained by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. It is your responsibility to know whether your local law permits you to acquire it, and to comply with that law.

5. Forward-looking statements

The roadmap, feature descriptions and timelines on this website describe what we currently intend to build. They are not promises. Development may be delayed, changed beyond recognition, or abandoned entirely, for technical, commercial, legal or personal reasons. Do not buy the token in the expectation that any of it will be delivered.

6. No affiliation

We are an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., Pump.fun, X Corp., Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, or any other third party named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms we build on.

7. The Roblox experience

The nippin Pet Builder experience is in development and has not been released. If it is released, it will be governed by the Roblox Terms of Use and by Roblox's rules on virtual items and Robux. Robux and any in-experience currency or item are not your property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money by us, and may be changed or withdrawn. The $NIPPIN token and the Roblox experience are separate; ownership of one confers no right in the other.

This site links to third-party platforms. We do not control them, do not check them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Accuracy and taxes

We try to keep this site accurate but give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any tax arising from your dealings with $NIPPIN.
